Eastview is one of the most desirable communities in Rancho Bernardo, located within the City of San Diego and comprised of nearly 7,000 acres, 17,000 homes, and 45,000 residents. Situated just east of Interstate 15, Eastview is only 25 miles north of Downtown San Diego, with easy access to all major freeways, beaches, shopping, desert and mountain regions, and our spectacular coastal neighborhoods, which attract homeowners and travelers from around the world.

Eastview is comprised of three separate Homeowner Associations, referred to as Patio I, Patio II, and Duplex. In addition, all Eastview homeowners belong to the Eastview Rancho Bernardo Community Center and the Rancho Bernardo Swim & Tennis Club.

 

The Eastview Rancho Bernardo Community Center offers a clubhouse for events and meetings, swimming pool and spa, library, three (3) tennis courts, and four (4) pickleball courts. The Rancho Bernardo Swim & Tennis Club includes two (2) swimming pools & spas, playground, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, ceramic room, teen & tot room, woodshop, and multiple rooms for events and meetings.
