Eastview is one of the most desirable communities in Rancho Bernardo. Situated just east of Interstate 15, nearly all 334 homes have spectacular views and wonderful aesthetic appeal. Without question, Eastview sets the standard for master planned communities and is nationally acclaimed for its pleasing architecture and strong property values.

Although not a city, Rancho Bernardo is a community within the City of San Diego – comprised of nearly 7,000 acres, 17,000 homes, and 45,000 residents.

The community is ideally located, just 25 miles north of downtown San Diego with easy access to all major freeways, beaches, shopping, desert and mountain regions, and our spectacular coastal neighborhoods – attracting homeowners and travelers from around the world.

Rancho Bernardo is a prominent community, governed by District 5 with Councilman Brian Maienschein, the Rancho Bernardo Community Planning Board, and assisted by the Rancho Bernardo Community Council and Recreation Council. Our community is also unique in that it has, and lives by, its own strict set of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.

Eastview is comprised of three separate Home Owner Associations, referred to as Patio I, Patio II, and Duplex. All Eastview homeowners belong to the Eastview Rancho Bernardo Community Center and the Rancho Bernardo Swim & Tennis Club.
